REGISTER AS AUTHOR
Author(s) who would like to publish their papers must submit their full paper before the submission deadline and complete the registration process AFTER acceptance. All accepted papers must be presented at the conference—either on-line or in-person—in order to appear in the proceedings. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for FTCS 2025 by the early registration deadline.
*Registration fee includes: 15 minutes of Oral/Poster Presentation; Full paper publication; Attendance to all sessions; Conference materials; Lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks during the conference; Certificate of presentation; Invoice or receipt of registration fees.
REGISTER AS PRESENTER/POSTER
Author(s) who are ONLY interested in attendance and making an oral/poster presentation should submit their abstracts before the submission deadline. After a careful review by the committees, the author will be granted the chance to present the paper as an oral or poster presentation if it passes the review.
*Registration fee includes: 15 minutes of Oral/Poster Presentation; Attendance to all sessions; Conference materials; Lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks during the conference; Certificate of presentation; Invoice or receipt of registration fees.
REGISTER AS LISTENER
Attendee(s) simply need to fill out the Registration Form before the registration deadline.

> Note
1. For full paper authors, please register AFTER receiving the acceptance letter of you paper. No payment during the initial submission of the paper.
2. Additional page fees will be charged if the full paper exceeds the specified page limit (according to the Word/Latex Template).
3. ONLY one author per paper can attend the conference for free and give a presentation. If more than one author will attend, the registration fee for each accompanying person equals a listener.
4. Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners.
5. Upon successful registration, the FTCS 2025 conference secretary will provide detailed payment instructions for your selected method (PayPal/Alipay/WeChat Pay/Bank Transfer).
> Refund Policy
All refund requests must be made formally by email. For cancellations due to personal reasons, the refund policy is as follows：
- 60% refund if requested 50 or more days before the conference
- 30% refund if requested less than 30 days before the conference
- NO REFUNDS will be made after the conference.
