After registration, all accepted and presented papers will be included in the FTCS 2025 conference proceedings for publication, and submitted to El Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
1. Registration Requirement
All accepted papers must be accompanied by at least one full registration. Each registration is valid for one paper only. Failure to complete the registration process will result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings.
2. Presentation Requirement
For a paper to be published in the conference proceedings, it must be presented on-site by one of the authors. If an author is unable to attend, a qualified substitute presenter may present the paper only with prior approval from the Technical Program Committee (TPC) Chairs. Papers not presented without prior approval will be withdrawn from publication.
3. Originality and Ethical Standards
- All submitted papers must report original, unpublished research results, whether experimental or theoretical.
- Submissions must not be under consideration for publication in any other venue (journal, conference, workshop, etc.) at the time of submission.
- Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and constitutes a serious breach of academic ethics. Any paper found to violate this policy will be rejected immediately and may result in further action.
4. Confidentiality
All information obtained during the conference, including submitted papers and review comments, will be kept strictly confidential. This information will be used solely for the purposes of paper publication, indexing, and conference organization.
By submitting a paper to FTCS 2025, authors agree to abide by the above policies. We look forward to your contributions and to a successful conference!
