Please read the following paper submission guidelines before submitting your papers:
1. Submissions must be original, unpublished work and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
2. Papers should include sufficient detail to allow for a thorough evaluation of the research's rigor and reproducibility.
3. All submitted paper will be checked for plagiarism. The FTCS Committee reserves the right to reject any manuscript found to contain suspected plagiarized content.
4. Papers should be written in English and no less than 4 pages in length following the double-column template (including figures, tables, references, and appendices). Additionally, papers exceeding 8 pages will undergo an additional review round to ensure content quality and relevance.
5. FTCS 2025 will present the Best Paper Awards and the Best Presentation Awards to recognize outstanding contributions. The awards will be judged by the FTCS Committee and the recipient of each award will be given a certificate.
6. Authors must disclose any AI-generated text in the acknowledgments section and cite the AI system used in relevant sections of the submitted papers.
The FTCS 2025 will apply a single-blind review process. Submissions will be peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. All paper review process will be completed by program committee members and invited experts. In general, papers will be judged on technical merit, accessibility to developers and researchers, originality, presentation, impact, and significance.

To help ensure correct formatting, please use the IEEE style files for conference proceedings as a template for your submission <https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html>. These include LaTeX and Word style files.
Author(s) of an accepted paper must register before the specified deadline and present their work in English at the conference. The FTCS 2025 will offer the option for authors to present their work remotely if necessary. The FTCS 2025 is a hybrid conference, the remote presenters could submit a pre-recorded video of their presentation, or deliver a live presentation via Zoom. Please indicate your preferred presentation format during the registration process.
Author(s) intending to make a poster presentation are kindly asked to stand in front of their posters for discussion with interested participants during the relevant poster session. The poster board admits posters of A0 size in portrait format (841mm width x 1189mm height). All display material should be prepared in advance. The head of the poster shall include:
TITLE OF PRESENTATION, NAME OF AUTHOR (s), AFFILIATION
The poster should be easily readable from a distance of ~2 m. Use heavy lettering of at least 18-point or larger. Figures, tables, and photographs should also be easily readable from the same distance. Preferably, the poster should be divided into the following sections:
OVERVIEW SUMMARY/INTRODUCTION/METHOD/RESULTS/CONCLUSION
It is advisable to leave details and explanations for face-to-face discussions. The text of all poster displays must be prepared in English; their presentation should also be in English.
